Customer Agreement

Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) is an online tour and travel booking platform offering a wide range of products and services for travelers from all over the world. Our experts have selected the best and most affordable tours and activities for you from trusted local suppliers. Before using our online tour and travel booking platform (fargotour.com), Please read this "Terms and Conditions" (Customer Agreement) to ensure that you fully understand the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both parties. Once you have used our platform (fargotour.com), you will be considered for recognition to all the contents of this agreement.

I. Your Rights

During the travel, you can decide whether to participate optional events or activities (not including required self-financed items), local suppliers cannot force you to participate.

II. Your Responsibilities & Obligations

Before ordering any product on fargotour.com, you have a responsibility to read all the information and statements related to the product (including but not limited to: product prices, travel details, departure point , details of fees and changes, cancellation and refund policies and other information associated with the product). Once you successfully placed your order, we will consider that you have carefully read all of the information associated with the product, you fully understand them and completely agree with them. When you place an order, be sure to provide us with the correct contact Information(including but not limited to cell phones, telephone, mail, etc.). Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) is not responsible for any cost or consequences that caused by lack of contact information, or a failure to view your messages or to check your email that we sent to you, or a failure to reply our email. If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant, you must consult with your doctor before you travel. You should choose the activities or products within the risk range that is under you control. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. You are responsible for your own safety. If you plan to participate in risky activities (including, but not limited to: diving, surfing, rafting or other water activities, horseback riding, rock climbing, mountaineering, etc.) or you are suffering from diseases (including, but not limited to: cancer, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, respiratory disease, epilepsy, mental illness, physical disability, diabetes, infectious diseases, chronic diseases, poor health condition), you should have physical/medical examination to ensure that you are in a good physical condition to complete all the events during the travel that you selected. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) is not responsible for any personal accidents or consequences caused by above reasons.

III. Ordering and Payment Processes

1. Once you have selected the tour, you should fill up the required information, the system will automatically calculate the appropriate price for you. Click on the "book now" to complete the detailed order information and submit your payment.
2. Our online payment system currently supports US dollars, and offers two payment options, including: credit card and PayPal payments. Once you successfully submit your payment, We (fargotour.com) will sand an email to your registered e-mail account to confirm your order and payment have been received. You have the obligation to check and make sure the order information is correct.
3. After your successful payment, We’ll process your order and inform you the order status within two business days. Once you have received the confirmation email, which means that your order has been confirmed. At this point, if you need to change or cancel the order, please view the "Cancellation Terms". If we are unable to confirm your order, your payment will be refunded in full. We recommend that you book your air tickets after receiving the order confirmation email from us.
4. Print out the confirmation email and take it with you when you travel.

IV. Cancellation Terms

  • 31 days prior to commencement of service, 90% of total purchase amount refundable
  • 15 to 30 days prior to commencement of service, 75% of total purchase amount refundable
  • 8 to 14 days prior to commencement of service, 50% of total purchase amount refundable
  • 7 days prior to commencement of service, non-refundable.
  • Please send the completed cancellation form via email to service@fargotour.com, the application will be processed and the refund will be available within seven business days.

V. Itinerary changes or cancellations due to force majeure

We uses reasonable efforts to arrange the trip itinerary details consistent with website listed information, but in order to ensure the safety of your trip, in rare special circumstances(including, but not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, transportation problems, riot, infectious virus and some other uncontrollable the reasons), Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc(fargotour.com) and local tour suppliers reserve the rights to change itinerary, delay or cancel tours. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) does not assume any legal liability for change of Itinerary, delay or cancellation of tours due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, equipment and transportation failures, strikes, illness, stolen, lost, accidents, weather, or other personal reasons). Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(Fargotour.com) does not assume any responsibility for any additional cost or compensation that caused by above reasons.

VI. The rights of Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com)

In order to secure group’s interests, Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) and local tour suppliers reserve the rights to discontinue the service to any passenger(s) who interfere with the normal activities of the trip. The passenger(s) should not ask any refund for the incomplete trip and the incomplete trip is not transferable. In case of passenger(s) chose to partially participate the tour or decide to leave tour early, Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) and local tour providers will provide assistance, but not liable for any losses or consequences caused by passenger’s personal decision. Local tour providers reserve the right to cancel any self-financed optional program due to a failure of meeting the minimum requirements of the program (such as the total number of participants). Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) is not responsible for any losses or consequences caused by the cancellation. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) is not liable for any losses or consequences caused by any conflicts between passenger(s) and local tour providers or other third parties. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) reserve the right to prosecute any individual who negatively impacted our business reputation by their inappropriate remarks or actions.

VII. Dispute

Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) is an online tour and travel booking platform, We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, and sightseeing. All the products listed on our site are provided by trusted local suppliers. Therefore, Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) does not assume any responsibility for any imperfect of products and other issues that arise. Whenever the conflict occurs, or you are not satisfied with the service during the travel, please friendly consult with tour guide, meanwhile contact us immediately, we will endeavor assist you to communicate with local suppliers. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) reserve the right to reject any complaints that has no detailed evidence.

VIII. Other

1. Privacy and Data Collection Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) respects and protects your privacy. We promised not to disclose your personal information or provides them to third parties without your permission. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) will use your information only for processing orders and other necessary followup. See the use and Privacy Policy.
2. Travel Insurance Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance that covers medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. Fargo International Travel (fargotour.com) is not responsible for any accidents during the travel, including flight cancellations or delays, property loss or damage, personal physical injury or loss of life, etc. To resolve the insurance issues, customers should follow the rules which designated by related local tour providers, airlines, hotels and bus companies.
3. Customers’ health status To ensure a smooth operation of the travel plan, Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) recommends that all passengers must be in good health condition. Please consult with your doctor about your travel plan and discuss your health status and ability for long distances travel. If you need any special treatment or assistance , or you are suffering from physical disability or mental weakness, you must inform us when placing your order. For group interest, Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) and local tour Suppliers reserve the right to not to accept the individuals whose physical or mental condition are unfit for long distance travel.
4. Passport and visa Customers have a responsibility to carry their passport with valid visa and other necessary travel documents during international travel. Customers are responsible for learning the related Immigration regulations themselves. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) is not liable for informing customer about the required travel documents. Passengers are responsible for all the cost due to lack of the travel documents. Passengers should strictly abide by the laws issued by the national government regulations, including immigration and customs laws Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) does not assume any responsibility for any penalty that caused by passengers’ violation of government regulations.

Copyright Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) owns the copyright of all the information, and contents contained in this website (except travel information that provided by local travel suppliers). All the information and services for personal use only. No one shall make any illegal use of this website (including but not limited to: illegally copy, distribute, display, mirroring, upload, download). Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc. (fargotour.com) reserve the right to prosecute any copyright infringement. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) respects legitimate copyright and fights against piracy. If this site has a section of text, photographs and other violations of your rights, we truly apologize for it. Please sand the links of claimed infringement and the infringing material to service@fargotour.com immediately, we will contact with you and remove the infringing content as soon as possible.

Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) will endeavor to provide customers with the correct, complete and updated information, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the Customers’ responsibility to verify the information before relying on it. We reserve the right to modify and update the contents of this website at any time without prior notice.

IX. Legal Notices

These Terms and Conditions are the agreements between you and the Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com). This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. When conflict occur towards to the agreement, both sides should resolve the issue by using friendly communicating channel, once negotiation fails, either party may file any grievance or lawsuit in the courts located within the City and County of San Francisco in case of any item of this Agreement is either partially or entirely invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding. It does not constitute a waiver, if Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) does not exercise or perform the service agreement for any reason or regulations. Fargo International Tours & Travel Inc.(fargotour.com) reserves the rights of final interpretation about the "Customer Agreement".
