Day 1 Hometown - Montreal
Upon arrival in Montreal, you will be met and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 Montreal – Quebec – Montreal
Departure from Montreal in the morning. Takes around 3 hours
driving to Quebec City, the oldest city in North America. First stop
will be Capital Observatory$, the tallest building in the city. Going to
observation deck of 360 degree on the 31st floor to have apanoramic view of the capital. After lunch, go to the Montmorency
Falls$ with 83 meters high, which is the largest waterfalls in the
Province of Quebec. By taking a sightseeing cable car$ （*seasonal
）to the top of the Falls to admire the beauty and the magnificence
of the St-Lawrence River and its surrounding areas and feel the
power of the Falls. Afterwards have free time to visit the old Quebec
City. As the only fortified city in North America, Quebec City has a
history of more than 400 years. Discover Quebec City from many
different angles: politics, military, history, heritage, architecture and
so much more. Then explore the Petit Champlain, the oldest
commercial street in North America. Leave Quebec City in the
evening and arrive in Montreal at night.
* Between 2018 Jan.4th to Mar.25th, EXTRA visiting one of the most
famous Quebec Ice Hotels$ in the world. It is made of 15,000 tons of
snow and 500 tons of ice, and is filled with beautiful artworks and
ornate furniture carved out of the aforementioned materials. Each
winter, it attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world.
* Between 2018 Jan.26th to Feb.11th will cancel Montmorency Falls,
and Change to Québec Winter Carnival$, which allows people of all
ages to enjoy the fun of winter. There are many interesting activities
to visit: snow bath, snow slides, giant football, snow sculptures,
shows, sleigh rides, and skating…, and you can take pictures with
the symbol Bonhomme Carnaval.

Day 3 Optional Tours A or B
Option A: Montreal – Ottawa – Montreal YUL Airport
Depart from Montreal in the morning. Around 2 hours’ drive, arrive in
Ottawa. Upon arrival visit the Parliament Hill, the political as well as
cultural centre of Canada. After lunch visit Canadian Museum of
Civilization$, the museum of human history of Canada, also the
most popular and the most visited museum in Canada. Then visit the
Rideau Hall, the official residence as well as the principal workplace
of the Governor General of Canada since 1867. As one of the
National Historic Sites of Canada, the Rideau Hall is a national
gathering place and where the Governor General lives. Finally visit
the Royal Canadian Mint$, where the hand-crafted collector and
commemorative coins, gold bullion coins, and medals and
medallions are produced. Afterwards, transfer to Montreal YUL Airport for your onward flight. Please book flights leaving after
Option B: Montreal – Montreal YUL Airport
The first stop is Mount Royal. Mount Royal is the highest mountain in
Montreal, planned by New York Central Park’s designer FREDERICK
LAW OLMSTED. You can enjoy the fascinating Montreal city skyline
view at the top of Mount Royal. Then we will visit St. Joseph's oratory
$. It’s known as the largest Catholic Cathedral in North America, as
well as the building with the highest altitude in Montreal. We will
take the elevator to the 150-meter-high top floor, where we can
overlook the city’s beautiful scenery. Afterwards we will visit
Chinatown/Weapons Square/Notre Dame Basilica in Montreal $ and
the City Hall. Square of weapons (PLACE D'ARMES) built in 1693. It’s
located in the heart of the old city, the most prosperous commercial
center as "Montreal's Wall Street". Across the square, The Notre Dame
Basilica is one of the largest churches in North America. Well-known
Quebecoise singer Celine Dion chose here for her most romantic
wedding (In case of a special event, the church will not be arranged
to visit). After lunch, we will visit the Olympic Park, Montreal Leaning
Tower$ and the famous Biodome$, one of the top tourism
attractions. Discover a variety of animals live in simulated habitat,
ranging from the macaws in the Tropical Forest, to the lynx in the
Laurentian Forest, to the penguins in the Antarctic… Afterwards,
transfer to Montreal YUL Airport for your onward flight. Please book
flights leaving after 21:30PM.
*Botanical Garden will replace the Biodome which will be closed
from February 12th, 2018.
